Fall is my favorite season of the year! Cool weather, yummy food, bonfires, hoodies, Halloween and Thanksgiving!! What more could a girl ask for?!?

Pumpkin Pie Gelato is AMAZING!!!
Baking is almost mandatory in the fall. This is one of my favorite recipes and its easy!
Easy Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients:
1 box of Spice Cake Mix
1 can of pumpkin
1 box of Spice Cake Mix
1 can of pumpkin
(You can add a handful of mini chocolate chips)
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix two ingredients together. (Don't bother looking at the box. You don't need eggs, oil, or anything else, just the pumpkin.)
- Transfer batter to a greased 9 inch pan. (Mixture should be thick, don't worry.)
- Bake 25 minutes.
- ENJOY!!
